These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Sawer4D platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bets. By using Sawer4D, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all clauses set out below.

Sawer4D is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. Age verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. Underage accounts are closed immediately.
Each player may hold only one Sawer4D account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be suspended. Bonuses claimed across multiple accounts will be voided.
All bonuses carry wagering requirements detailed at the time of the offer. Players must complete wagering before withdrawing bonus-derived funds. Terms are fixed at the time of claim.

Welcome to Sawer4D. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Sawer4D ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") regarding your access to and use of the Sawer4D website located at https://sawer4d.lat and all associated services, games, and features offered thereon.
By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the Sawer4D platform, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its terms, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must cease using the platform immediately.
This Agreement should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall terms governing your use of the Sawer4D platform.

To register and maintain an account on the Sawer4D platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
You must be at least 21 years of age. Sawer4D maintains a strict 21+ policy across all game categories and betting products. This age restriction reflects internationally accepted standards for online casino and sports betting platforms. Age will be verified as part of the KYC process, and any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and closed.
You must not be a resident of or physically located in any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law at the time of access. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the Sawer4D platform is lawful in your specific jurisdiction. Sawer4D accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from access in restricted jurisdictions.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion agreement, or court order that prohibits you from engaging in gambling activities. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility criteria set out in this section.
Current employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of Sawer4D and its affiliated companies are prohibited from holding Player accounts or participating in any real-money games or promotions on the Platform.
Each individual may register and operate only one (1) Sawer4D account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts belonging to that individual will be suspended. Any bonuses or winnings derived from gameplay on duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture.
You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid email address. You must promptly update your account information if any of these details change. Sawer4D accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. All activity conducted through your account is deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately via the live chat function or by contacting us at the address provided in Section 16.
All Sawer4D accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Account balances, bets, payouts, and bonus values are all displayed and processed in MYR. This currency setting is fixed at registration and cannot be changed after account creation.
Sawer4D accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online transfer, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USDT, and select other digital assets). Supported payment methods are subject to change without prior notice. The current list is always available on the Platform's deposit page.
The minimum deposit amount is RM50. Minimum withdrawal amounts and maximum daily withdrawal limits vary by payment method and player tier. Full limits are displayed on the Platform's banking page and may be updated from time to time. Players in higher loyalty tiers may qualify for increased withdrawal limits.
Deposits are credited to the Player's account in real time in most cases, subject to the processing time of the selected payment provider. Withdrawal requests are processed by Sawer4D within the timeframes set out below, once KYC verification is complete:
Sawer4D maintains player funds in accounts separate from the Company's operational funds. This segregation is designed to protect player balances in the unlikely event of the Company's insolvency. Sawer4D does not use player deposits for any purpose other than satisfying Player withdrawal requests and maintaining active account balances.
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted. Sawer4D reserves the right to return funds and suspend accounts where the source of funds is unclear or where third-party payment methods are detected.
Bonuses and promotional offers are available to eligible Players as determined by the specific terms of each promotion. Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a minimum qualifying deposit and are available to Players who have completed KYC verification and hold an account in good standing.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the individual promotion terms at the time of offer. As a general guideline, welcome bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount, and reload bonuses carry a requirement of 20x. These multipliers are subject to change on a per-promotion basis.
Sawer4D employs a range of detection methods to identify bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging across multiple bet outcomes to generate artificial turnover, exploitation of technical errors, co-ordinated play between multiple accounts, and misrepresentation of eligibility criteria. Where bonus abuse is identified, Sawer4D reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings, and to close the affected account without further notice.
All promotions have a defined validity period, after which unclaimed or unused bonus funds will expire. Sawer4D reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to active promotions via email or platform notification where reasonably practicable.
Once a bet has been confirmed on the Platform, it is final and cannot be cancelled, reversed, or modified by the Player. Players are responsible for verifying all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming any wager. Sawer4D accepts no liability for bets placed in error by the Player.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface or market page prior to bet placement. Sawer4D reserves the right to adjust stake limits on any game or market at any time.
In the event of a manifest error in pricing, odds, or game outcome — including but not limited to system errors, data feed failures, or incorrect market settlement — Sawer4D reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund stakes to the Player's account balance. This applies to all game types, including live casino, sports betting, and crash games.
Sports betting markets, including football (Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA Champions League, La Liga), UFC events, and other live sports, are subject to their own specific event and market rules. These rules govern settlement of bets in the event of match postponements, abandonments, walkovers, or other exceptional circumstances. Market-specific rules are accessible from within each betting market.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Sawer4D platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:
All Players are required to complete identity and payment verification (KYC) before making their first withdrawal. Sawer4D may also request KYC documentation at any time during a Player's account lifecycle, including at registration, upon a significant change in betting or deposit patterns, or when required by our licensing obligations.

Sawer4D will review submitted KYC documents within 24 hours in most cases. During periods of high volume, review may take up to 72 hours. Withdrawals will be placed on hold until KYC is approved. Players are encouraged to complete KYC proactively to avoid withdrawal delays.
Sawer4D reserves the right to suspend a Player's withdrawal access, and in some cases account access, pending completion of KYC. Funds held in a suspended account are not forfeited and will be returned once verification is complete, provided the account is found to be legitimate.

The Sawer4D name, logo, and associated brand marks are proprietary to the Platform. Unauthorised use of these marks in any commercial context is prohibited and may result in legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sawer4D's total liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from or related to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Sawer4D shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of reputation, or loss of wagering opportunity resulting from technical downtime.
The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. Sawer4D does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform and accepts no liability for losses arising from temporary unavailability, technical maintenance, or third-party payment processing delays.
Players may request to close their Sawer4D account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (net of active bonuses and pending wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their primary verified payment method, subject to KYC completion.
Sawer4D reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account, with immediate effect and without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
In cases of account closure due to breach of these Terms, Sawer4D reserves the right to withhold any balance accrued through prohibited conduct or bonus abuse. Real-money deposits not subject to dispute will be returned at Sawer4D's discretion following investigation.
Sawer4D reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible at https://sawer4d.lat/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent changes were made.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should cease using the Platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 13.1.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which Sawer4D holds its gaming licence.
In the event of a dispute between a Player and Sawer4D, the Player is encouraged to contact our support team in the first instance. We are committed to resolving Player complaints promptly and fairly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, Players may seek resolution through the dispute resolution process prescribed by our licensing authority.
Any legal proceedings must be commenced within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims not commenced within this period are permanently waived.
